October 4th - 5th 2022
Alice Springs, Northern Territory   Australia
Australian native plant foods and medicines have been cultivated by indigenous Australians for thousands of years. More and more, bush foods and botanicals are finding their way onto menus in upscale restaurants, into health and wellness treatments, and onto store shelves in a growing range of retail products. The At The Table conference brings together bush food suppliers, product developers, producers and end-users in two-days of in-depth educational and informative sessions. The Bushfoods and Botanicals conference offers a unique platform for peer-to-peer learning, access to industry experts and consultants, guest speakers and government agencies offering valuable insights and resources for business development and industry capacity building.
Whether you are at the idea stage, a start-up, a growing business or if you already operate a successful bush food or botanicals business, this conference is all about providing the resources, contacts and support for you and your growing business to thrive, whatever stage you are at. With talks and workshops geared specifically for business owners and indigiprenuers, a tradeshow and networking app, you will leave with the understanding, key contacts and tools you need to develop, promote and market your bush foods and botanicals business.
